1. Assumption of Risk
Parents and legal guardians acknowledge and accept any risks associated with participation in retreat activities.
2. Medical Responsibility & Emergency Care
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information for their child and for any medical costs incurred. In the event of an emergency, Think Gita may seek medical treatment deemed necessary but assumes no financial responsibility.
3. Indemnification
Parents and legal guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Gita from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the participation of their child.
